You will always be talking to a person.
Custom merch goes wrong in the details: the wrong blue, a size run that misses half the team, a deadline nobody flagged. That is why every Fresh Prints order runs through an actual human in Santa Barbara who you can call, email or text.
Pick up the phone, get a person
Call +1 (805) 722-6542 during business hours and a Santa Barbara team member answers. No phone trees, no offshore script.
One named contact, start to finish
The same consultant handles your quote, your proof, your reorder. You never re-explain your project.
A human designer touches your art
Our in-house designers clean up, vectorize and lay out your logo by hand, then send you a real proof.
Someone checks every box before it ships
A person inspects print quality, counts and sizes on your order. Issues get caught here, not at your event.
